Our Story

For sisters Eshonda Blue and Jessica Wright, the journey into senior care started with a deeply personal experience that became their life’s calling.

The time they spent caring for their aging grandmother led them to found Innovative Senior Solutions in 2007, who was their first client.

Registered nurses with more than 20 years of experience in long-term care.
We grew our senior care company to over $19 million dollars in lifetime sales.
Our profitable in-home senior care business sold in 2019 for more than $1million.
We currently own and operate multiple 7 figure senior care businesses, including adult day care, personal care homes (residential senior living) and transportation services.
In 2020 we started our consulting services to help entrepreneurs to start, manage and grow their own senior care business with a goal to help over 100 entrepreneurs start their own Senior Care business.

Eshonda Blue, RN

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

A registered nurse, Georgia native and graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, Eshonda brings personal caregiving experience, community service, and healthcare leadership to her role as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Senior Solutions.

She is devoted to improving the lives of older adults and setting standards as an industry leader and business owner by creating jobs, offering career training and education, and supporting community healthcare initiatives.

In 2012, she co-founded the Caring 4 Seniors Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to give back to older adults in the community. More recently, together with her sister and business partner, she completed both the “Growing an Established Diverse Business” program and the “Building a Successful Diverse Business program” at the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Eshonda completed the Georgia Power internal mentoring program in 2019, and was selected to be a member of the Leadership Georgia class of 2017. In addition, Eshonda is on numerous community boards including the Georgia Southwestern State University Foundation, the American Red Cross, and Americus Downtown Development Authority Board.

Jessica Wright, RN

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Jessica is an alumna of Darton College and also brings a wealth of professional nursing experience to her role as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Senior Solutions.

Jessica’s background experience in long-term care includes every role of nursing from Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Registered Nurse (RN), and each of these roles has provided invaluable knowledge, experience, and expertise in caring for the elderly as well as health care management. Jessica feels that caring for seniors is her calling, and she takes great pride in ensuring that she and her care team provide only the best care to their clients.

Along with her sister and business partner, Jessica is a founding board member of a non-profit organization, the Caring 4 Seniors Foundation. Together with her sister and business partner, Jessica completed both the “Growing an Established Diverse Business” program and the “Building a Successful Diverse Business program” at the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Jessica also completed the Georgia Power internal mentoring program in 2019, and in 2016 was honored to be named a 40 under 40 Honoree by Georgia Trend Magazine. In addition, Jessica is on multiple community boards including the Americus Housing Authority, and Americus Downtown Mainstreet.
